When I founded Sóley Organics, it began with a simple desire: to create personal care products that felt both effective and deeply connected to nature.
Growing up in Iceland, I was surrounded by a family tradition of herbal knowledge. My great-great-grandmother was a herbalist, and the healing properties of wild Icelandic herbs were passed down through generations. Those traditions inspired me to create products rooted in nature and crafted with purpose.
At a time when skincare and haircare can feel increasingly complicated, I still believe in the power of thoughtfully chosen ingredients. Not because they are trendy, but because they have been trusted and used for generations.
Many of the herbs we use are handpicked from certified organic lands across Iceland by my family and me. Every formula is created with respect for nature and a belief that caring for your skin and hair should feel simple, nourishing, and effective.
For me, choosing clean is about returning to what matters: quality ingredients, transparency, and a deeper connection to the natural world around us.
